Featuring John Williams, Kevin Peek, Herbie Flowers, Tristan Fry and Steve Gray, the album combines guitar, keyboards, bass and percussion across ten arrangements.

The selections range from Wagner’s “Ride of the Valkyries” and Berlioz’s “March to the Scaffold” to Ravel’s “Waltz No. 2” and Hoagy Carmichael’s “Skylark”. Rather than relying on original compositions, the record explores how familiar melodies can take on different textures through Sky’s blend of classical technique and contemporary instrumentation.

This copy includes the pictured printed inner sleeve, with individual track notes and musician information, adding context to the music as you listen.

Stand-Out Tracks

“Ride of the Valkyries”
Wagner’s dramatic theme provides a striking showcase for Sky’s classical-rock approach.
