1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. All orders are shipped from our business address.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery

We offer the following shipping options:

• Evri Standard (2–4 working days) — £2.58 — Free on orders over £40

• Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1–2 working days) — £5.95 — Free on orders over £40

• Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2–3 working days) — £3.95 — Free on orders over £40

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier's website to track your package in real time.

4. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to the following countries/regions: United Kingdom

We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

5. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within 5 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at contact@groovejunkievinyl.co.uk. We will open an investigation with the carrier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

6. Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)

We currently do not ship internationally. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.
