Born Reginald Kenneth Dwight in Pinner, Middlesex, Elton John's songwriting partnership with Bernie Taupin has produced one of the most commercially dominant and critically acclaimed catalogues in pop history. The compilation includes two UK No. 1 singles: Don't Go Breaking My Heart (1976, a duet with Kiki Dee) and Sacrifice (1989).
