Bad Animals is the ninth studio album by Heart — Ann Wilson (vocals) and Nancy Wilson (guitar), from Seattle, Washington — released in June 1987 on Capitol Records. The album reached US No. 2. Alone reached US No. 1 (1987), Who Will You Run To reached US No. 7 (1987) and There's the Girl reached US No. 12 (1987). The 10-track album demonstrates Heart's powerful blend of hard rock, melodic songwriting and unforgettable vocals, delivering dramatic ballads, powerful guitar work and the arena rock sound that defined the late 1980s, with Ann Wilson's incredible vocal range and the Wilson sisters' songwriting talents combining emotional performances with classic rock energy.
