To Whom It May Concern is the debut studio album by The Pasadenas, from London, released in 1988 on CBS Records. The album reached No. 12 on the UK Albums Chart. Tribute (Right On) reached UK No. 5 (1988) — a warm, doo-wop-influenced track that paid tribute to the great soul artists of the past and established The Pasadenas as one of the most immediately distinctive and commercially effective British soul groups of the late 1980s. Riding on a Train reached UK No. 41 (1988) and Enchanted Lady was also released as a single. The 10-track album demonstrates the group's ability to combine soul, doo-wop, funk and pop influences with smooth vocal harmonies and a retro-inspired aesthetic that gave them a distinctive position in the late-1980s British soul-pop landscape.
