Go West is the self-titled debut studio album by Go West — Peter Cox (vocals) and Richard Drummie (guitar and vocals) — from London, released in 1985 on Chrysalis Records. The album reached No. 4 on the UK Albums Chart. We Close Our Eyes reached UK No. 5 (1985) — a driving, synth-led track with a memorable video directed by Godley & Creme that established Go West as one of the most immediately distinctive and commercially effective British pop duos of the mid-1980s. Call Me reached UK No. 12 (1985) and Don't Look Down reached UK No. 42 (1985).
