The Other Side of the Mirror is the fourth solo studio album by Stevie Nicks — born Stephanie Nicks, from Phoenix, Arizona, and formerly of Fleetwood Mac — released in May 1989 on Modern Records and produced by Rupert Hine. The album reached US No. 10 on the Billboard 200. Rooms on Fire reached US No. 16 (1989). The 12-track album demonstrates Nicks' signature songwriting, atmospheric vocals and the blend of rock, pop and mystical storytelling that has defined her legendary career, giving her a position as one of the most distinctive and influential female rock artists of her generation.
