Bridge of Spies is the debut studio album by T'Pau — Carol Decker (vocals) and Ron Rogers (guitar and songwriter), from Shrewsbury, Shropshire, England — released in September 1987 on Virgin Records. The album reached UK No. 1. China in Your Hand reached UK No. 1 (1987) and became one of the defining hits of late-1980s British pop rock, while Heart and Soul reached US No. 4 and UK No. 34 (1987). The 11-track album demonstrates T'Pau's powerful melodies, emotional songwriting and distinctive blend of rock, pop and dramatic vocals, combining soaring choruses, guitar-driven arrangements and heartfelt lyrics. This edition includes the original inner sleeve.
