Vienna reached UK No. 2 (1981) — one of the most immediately distinctive and atmospherically expansive recordings of the synth-pop era. Dancing with Tears in My Eyes reached UK No. 3 (1984) and Reap the Wild Wind reached UK No. 12 (1982).
